Going Vertical is a state-of-the-art training facility for athletes of all sports and all ages, to improve their overall athleticism in three disciplines: SPEED, AGILITY, & POWER! Our programs are for athletes at the top of their game looking for that extra edge as well as the improving athlete hoping to achieve a more important role on their team. The common bond among all these athletes is the desire to improve. Going Vertical’s goal is to maximize their potential. In addition, we offer a CARDIO ENHANCEMENT training program for those who are looking to take part into a unique personal/group training program that will allow the individual to receive INSTANT RESULTS!
